What does “cold-smoked” mean?
Cold smoking infuses ingredients with smoke at low temperatures, so the flavour deepens without cooking or overpowering the original taste. It creates that subtle, lingering warmth you’ll find in our smoked soy series.
Why do you only produce weekly?
Each batch is cold-smoked slowly over applewood, and we keep production small to preserve quality and depth of flavour.
Do I need to refrigerate after opening?
Yes — once opened, store in the fridge and use within 1–2 months for the best flavour.
Ordering & Schedule
When should I place my order?
We smoke our soy sauce in small batches each week to ensure freshness and consistency. Orders open every Tuesday and close on Friday. Orders may close earlier if the batch is fully subscribed.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped out between Sunday and Monday, right after the week’s smoking session — so your bottle arrives freshly finished and full of flavour. Please allow 1- 3 days for your orders to arrive after shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Singapore only.
Do you provide delivery?
Yes — we offer islandwide delivery across Singapore at a flat rate of $5 for orders below $80 (free delivery above $80).
Some restricted or remote areas such as Sentosa, Tuas, and Seletar may incur an additional $5–$10 surcharge due to limited courier access. We’ll notify you before dispatch if this applies to your order.
